The Sebastian County Clerk issues marriage licenses and, as county recorder, records deeds, mortgages, powers of attorney and plats. Licenses are issued Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Applicants must be 18 or older and show one accepted document, such as a state ID, driver’s license, original birth certificate, unexpired passport or visa, or military ID.
