Document Authentication for No Record of Marriage
Getting married abroad? Many countries ask for proof that you are free to marry. We obtain your No Record of Marriage (Certificate of No Impediment), get it apostilled or legalized, and ship it anywhere in the world.

What Is a No Record of Marriage?
A No Record of Marriage is an official statement, issued after a records search, that no marriage is on file for you. Depending on the country, it is also called a Certificate of No Impediment, Certificate of Freedom to Marry, or Certificate of Non-Marriage. It shows your marital status and confirms nothing stands in the way of your marriage. If you were married before, you may also need a divorce decree or death certificate.
Foreign authorities will not accept it as-is. It has to be apostilled (for Hague Convention countries) or legalized through the destination country’s embassy or consulate. That is where we come in.
